1. Getting to Know You – We listen to you, find what has brought you to JKSN and explain how we can assist you.
2. Collecting your information – We go through a Fact Find Questionnaire to understand more about your current situation including health and financial, your needs and objectives so that we can build our recommendation based on this information.
3. Statement of Advice – We prepare a formal document that outlines what was collected on the Fact Find Questionnaire and provide our recommendation.
4. Presentation of Statement of Advice– We go through and explain the Statement of Advice with you. You may be able to make a decision straight away whilst others may need some time to consider and make variation to the level of covers recommended.
5. Implementation of cover – We assist with completion of applications and this can be done over the phone, in person or via email – whatever is most convenient for you.
6. Keep you up-to-date on the progress of your application – Some applications go through straight away. Others may take longer depending on your levels of cover, health and financial situation. Whatever the scenario, we will keep you informed every step of the way and ensure you understand why each step is required.
7. Regular Reviews – Once your policy/s are in place, we will not forget about you. We make sure that at each year’s renewal we contact you to ensure your insurances are still in line with your needs and make the appropriate changes if required. You can also contact us at any time for a review.
