JKSN Financial Services was founded in October 2015 by Shauna Nguyen who has been working within the Life Risk Insurance sector for nearly 20 years.
Shauna started at a major Life Risk Insurance Company developing her knowledge of life risk insurance there, and then proceeded to earn her qualifications and became a practicing adviser over 15 years ago.
Her knowledge about life risk insurance is extensive and her long-term relationship with life risk Insurers means that service to her clients will be greatly assisted by the underwriters alike.
This ensures that applications are processed smoothly and most importantly, claims paid efficiently.
Personally, she is married with twin boys and loves shopping, dining out and listening to all types of music.
We can assist you to implement, review and make claims in the following areas:
Term Life – Pays a lump sum benefit on your death or terminal illness. With regard to the terminal illness benefit, if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and have less than 6-12 months to live, a lump sum payment is made.
Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) – An additional benefit that can be purchased with a term life policy or on its own. This cover will provide you with a lump sum payment if you are disabled to the extent that you are unlikely to ever return to work.
Trauma – This cover will provide with you a lump sum payment on diagnosis of certain medical conditions e.g. heart attack, cancer, stroke and heart surgery.
Income Protection & Business Expenses Protection – Provides an income if you are unable to work because of sickness or injury.
Business Succession Planning – provides a smooth transition of equity to the surviving partners or shareholders of a business on the death or disablement of a partner or shareholder. This is done by putting in place the necessary legal agreements and insurance policies. The departing partner or shareholder is guaranteed a fair price for his/her equity while the survivors maintain control of the business.
Key Person Insurance – provides protection to a business against the untimely death or disablement of a key person. The policy proceeds may be used to replace the key person, extinguish debt, etc.
Group Salary Continuance – Enables an employer to continue to pay an employee who is suffering a disability beyond their sick leave entitlements. A highly sought after employee benefit.
Group Life Insurance – Provides a benefit on the death of an employee. Can include TPD. Also a highly sought after employee benefit.
Personal Superannuation – Can be used as rollover for your personal insurances above so that premiums will not be coming from your out of pocket expenses. In addition, premium can be further lowered due to the Super 15% rebate. Please contact us further for more information.
